a certified health coach and someone who knows firsthand the depth and complexity of eating disorders. After battling disordered eating for over 20 years, I found my way to full recovery—not through a single breakthrough or magic formula, but through years of personal exploration, deep inner work, and a commitment to reclaiming my health and self-worth.

My journey wasn’t linear, and it certainly wasn’t easy. But it taught me something priceless: full recovery is possible. Not just coping or managing, but true healing.

Today, I use my lived experience and professional training to support others walking the same path. I offer compassionate, nonjudgmental guidance rooted in both evidence-based practices and the real, messy, beautiful truth of recovery. Whether you’re just beginning to question your relationship with food or you’ve been fighting this battle for years, you don’t have to do it alone.

My Approach

I believe that eating disorders are deeply rooted in the habits, rituals, and beliefs we build around food and ourselves. My coaching system is designed to gently unravel those patterns through a foundation of habit change, holistic nutrition, and self-love. Rather than focusing on restriction or control, I guide clients toward reconnecting with their bodies, rebuilding trust, and creating sustainable practices that nourish both body and mind. Healing is not about fixing , its about healing and coming home to yourself.
